A family story, an idea of hospitality.
mammamia HOLIDAYS was born from the meeting of entrepreneurial experience, new skills and a family bond. A project centred on caring for homes and for people, with the ambition of turning every stay into an experience to remember.
Our story begins in 2017
Our story begins in 2017, when Bernardo Bolgeri, drawing on a solid entrepreneurial background in the world of hôtellerie, founded Suite Service Srl. A service company thus came to life, built on organisation, reliability and attention to detail.
Working in hospitality means knowing what makes a stay special, even when guests never see it: preparing the spaces, coordinating the activities, anticipating a need before it is voiced. It is in this daily work that Suite Service built its wealth of expertise and a conviction: the quality of a welcome depends on the care with which every element is thought out and managed.
In 2025, a new perspective.
In 2025, Bernardo chose to open a new chapter together with his cousin Giorgia Cucco, who holds a degree in Linguistic Mediation, a master's in Marketing and Digital Strategy and hands-on experience managing bed & breakfasts.
Different skills found a common direction. Bernardo brings the entrepreneurial vision and operational knowledge of the industry; Giorgia adds an international sensibility, experience in managing properties and the tools to tell their story and enhance them in the digital world.
Together they decided to invest and take a natural yet ambitious step: moving from providing services to fully managing the properties, putting to use all the know-how built over the years. From enhancing and presenting the spaces, to handling bookings and welcoming guests, to the daily care of each home, every stage becomes part of one single project of hospitality.
It is from this evolution that mammamia HOLIDAYS takes shape.

In Bologna we welcome you with seven Luxury Suites, three Smart Apartments and six rooms in the same historic building, between Piazza Maggiore and the pedestrian via d'Azeglio, for a total of 58 beds. In Palermo, two penthouses on the seafront invite you to live the city outdoors as well, with private terraces and views over the sea and the old town. In San Candido, a welcoming apartment in the centre offers the pleasure of a liveable terrace facing Monte Baranci.
Whether you wish for a city break, a Mediterranean getaway or a few days among the mountains, you will find spaces to enjoy at your own pace, wrapped in mammamia hospitality.
BOLOGNA — HISTORIC CENTRE
The historic centre of Bologna, all for you.
We await you in the heart of Bologna, between Piazza Maggiore, the Due Torri and the pedestrian via d'Azeglio: seven Luxury Suites, three Smart Apartments and six rooms in the same building, for a total of fifty-eight beds in the historic centre.
The Luxury Suites are residences full of character, from 52 to 105 sqm, each with its own personality: different ceilings and views, a fresh perspective on the city every time. Carefully curated spaces to return to in the evening, after a day among porticoes and terraces.
If you prefer the simplicity of a room with a private bathroom, the Smart Rooms welcome you in the same building, in four types designed for every need. And with the Smart Apartments you have the complete freedom of a home of your own in the centre of Bologna.

PALERMO — PENTHOUSES ON THE MARINA
The sea before you, Palermo all around.
Two penthouses on the marina, two private terraces, and the pleasure of gazing over Palermo from above. Our residences combine the comfort of a contemporary apartment with a view that embraces the sea and the old town.
The terraces are the heart of the experience: private spaces to begin the day, take a break, and rediscover the light and colours of Palermo upon returning. Inside, welcoming rooms and air conditioning accompany your stay at every moment of the day.
The two apartments can accommodate up to eight guests in total. A solution for couples, families or friends who wish to experience Palermo with the independence of a home and the privilege of a private outdoor space.

A penthouse with two double bedrooms, designed to share the holiday while preserving the privacy of separate rooms. SAN CANDIDO — DOLOMITI
Your home in the centre, with the mountains before you.
A small, welcoming apartment in the centre of San Candido, with a habitable terrace overlooking Monte Baranci. An intimate home in which to alternate the pleasure of village life with days spent outdoors, finding a space entirely your own upon returning.
The Home
The apartment has a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed. The latter can accommodate an extra bed and become a triple: a flexible configuration, particularly well suited to families' needs.
The living area with kitchen lets you organise the moments of your day freely, from breakfast before heading out to dinner after a stroll. The habitable terrace extends your living space and offers a view of Monte Baranci, to be enjoyed during a pause or simply while taking in the landscape.
Location
The central location in San Candido lets you experience the village on foot, with a convenient point of reference for your stay. A balance between the practicality of the centre and the call of the mountains, present even in the view from your own terrace.
